TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Foodies from across the Capital Region flocked to the 2025 Troy Chowderfest this weekend to warm up amid the early fall weather. 19 local restaurants showcased their culinary creations, but only one chowder was found to be soup-erior.

From noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, attendees had the chance to enjoy $2, four-ounce samples of a variety of recipes and submit a People's Choice vote for their favorite chowder. After the dust (and everyone's lunch) settled, the Oaxaca shell and land chowder by La Catrina (Mex Cocina) was crowned as 2025's crème de la crème. This year's full winner's podium is listed below:
