TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Tucson Fire Department responded to an additional swift water rescue on Sunday night.

TFD said crews were dispatched to a wash near Yale Drive and South Kenyon Drive around 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 12.

The Ladder 9 aerial ladder was used to safely rescue the occupant of the car, which was stuck in a wash.

This is the third swift water rescue TFD conducted on Sunday. The first incident happened around 4 p.m. in midtown Tucson , and the second swift water rescue took place around 6 p.m. in an eastside neighborhood .
