OMAHA, Neb. —
In 1992, the executive director of Landmarks Inc., the historic preservation organization that was looking after the supposedly haunted Joslyn Castle, recounted the odd experience she had.
Debbi Aliano told KETV she heard raking outside and saw the image of a yellowish curtain fluttering in the breeze on a piece of woodwork.
She walked to the window to investigate.
"No one was around. No one had been raking. There was no sign of anything," she said.
Aliano said the castle had a general eerie feeling about it, and sometimes she heard noises. She had also heard the stories that the castle was haunted by the ghost of Sarah Joslyn.
