WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) -- The Warren Ghost Walk returns this weekend for its 37th year, drawing hundreds of visitors to experience a unique blend of history, theater, and a little Halloween spirit.

The long-standing tradition takes guests on a walking tour through Warren, featuring local actors who bring Trumbull County's past to life.

The tales come straight from old newspapers and local legends, offering a captivating look at the area's heritage.

"The actors, the people behind the scenes -- there's so much effort put into these, it's incredible," said Samantha Ensminger, Trumbull County Bureau marketing manager. "But also, these stories are real, and it's our heritage and our community and our culture. And it's fascinating to hear them told through a fun lens of theatre and storytelling
