Volunteers can connect with location organizations at a fall volunteer fair on Oct. 20.

The free event, presented by The City of Brantford, in partnership with the Brant Regional Association of Volunteer Administrators, will feature a diverse lineup of community organizations offering a variety of volunteer opportunities. It will be held at the Woodman Park Community Centre at 491 Grey St. from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

At the fair, attendees can connect with organizational representatives, ask questions, and explore ways to become more engaged in the community.

“Volunteering is a great way to build experience, develop new skills, strengthen résumés, connect with others, and make a positive impact in the community,” said Mayor Kevin Davis.
