A man broke in to a house in the middle of the night and then fell asleep inside. The stranger was found by a shocked resident in the morning.
The stranger entered a property on Derwent Avenue in the Efford area in the very early hours of Sunday, October 12. The man was found asleep by the resident, who called the police and asked the man to leave.
Devon and Cornwall Police were called to the property but the man had left by the time officers arrived. They searched the area but were unable to find the man.
Nothing was stolen or damaged during the incident. Police are carrying out enquiries.
