MOTLEY — A 41-year-old Perham man was injured Tuesday, Oct. 15, after his vehicle struck a road approach on Highway 210 in Cass County.

The Minnesota State Patrol responded to the crash at 12:39 p.m. in May Township, east of Motley. According to the report, a 2023 Ford F250 was westbound on the highway, near 57th Avenue Southwest, when it went off the road to the left, hit a road approach and vaulted into trees.

The driver, Matthew Anton Holzer, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Lakewood Health System hospital in Staples.

The State Patrol reported the road was dry at the time of the crash.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Pillager police and fire departments assisted at the scene.
