LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The Nye County Sheriff's Office arrested a man, who was previously questioned and later released, in a deadly shooting at a Pahrump park during a community movie event, according to NCSO.
NCSO arrested Fabian Ferrante on Oct. 10 on charges of open murder, conspiracy to commit open murder, and drawing a deadly weapon in a threatening manner.
On July 5, NSCO deputies responded to Ian Deutch Memorial Park in Pahrump around 10 p.m. after a report a fight involving around 50 teens, four of whom were in the actual fight and the rest were watching or cheering it on, NSCO said.
