LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The Nye County Sheriff's Office arrested a man, who was previously questioned and later released, in a deadly shooting at a Pahrump park during a community movie event, according to NCSO.

NCSO arrested Fabian Ferrante on Oct. 10 on charges of open murder, conspiracy to commit open murder, and drawing a deadly weapon in a threatening manner.

On July 5, NSCO deputies responded to Ian Deutch Memorial Park in Pahrump around 10 p.m. after a report a fight involving around 50 teens, four of whom were in the actual fight and the rest were watching or cheering it on, NSCO said.

Sheriff Joe McGill said the fight was stopped, and the deputies left. Ten minutes later, the deadly shooting occurred. A woman who saw the fight and subsequent shooting contacted police and told them
