HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Huntington City Council voted on Tuesday night for the annexation of the new Meadows Elementary School, now making it safer.

The annexation means the elementary school will now have access to all emergency services provided by the city of Huntington.

The Cabell County Board of Education agreed to pay for the city’s fees in offering the services for the new Meadows Elementary.
