Trinamul Congress has come down heavily on the BJP for its silence over the assault on a woman inside the South Asian University campus in Delhi, yesterday.

The security guard of the university along with a staff and two students had assaulted the student inside the university campus.

Trinamul Congress leaders alleged that the BJP, which is so vocal when any incident takes place in Bengal, is silent on the issue. The National Women’s Commission is also keeping mum. It is astonishing that Prime Minister Narendra Modi who speaks endlessly on Nari Shakti has not said a single word on the matter.
