LONDON, Ky. – (TNS) A popular rapper was arrested Sunday in Kentucky after trying to film a video on Interstate 75, slowing traffic on the busy highway, according to court documents.

London police received several calls around 6 p.m. for a suspicious vehicle parked along the interstate in Laurel County. Police said Enoch Tolbert, whose stage name is Armani White, ran across the southbound lanes of the interstate, climbed the center barrier and danced on top of it.

Several others were standing on the interstate and running around, causing traffic to slow down, according to court documents. Tolbert told police he was shooting a video.
