ELOY, Ariz. (KVOA) - Early this morning, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) responded to a swift-water rescue at Battaglia Road and Highway 87 in Eloy.

A man and a baby were stranded on top of their vehicle due to flooding.

PCSO Search and Rescue, a K9 deputy, and Eloy Police collaborated with the Casa Grande Fire Department to ensure a successful rescue.

Authorities urge residents to avoid entering flooded roadways or washes.
