Today will be cooler than normal for this time of year, with cloud cover keeping temperatures in the low 60s, perhaps reaching the mid-60s south of I-80. We are also seeing cooler air filtering in on northeast winds today.
Looking ahead, the weather pattern is set to change dramatically as we move toward the end of the week. A significant system is expected to eject northeastward from the West Coast, bringing a flow of warmer air into our region by Thursday and Friday.
