Wednesday brings in a dry cold front, shortly followed by a strong area of high pressure. While we desperately need rain, this front will support little to no chances for rain. Outside of a few passing clouds, expect a mostly sunny and breezy Wednesday, gusts along the ridgelines could push 20-30 mph, with daytime highs in the middle 60s.
Wednesday evening will see mostly clear skies but pack a jacket if you have plans to be out with temps settling into the 50s during the evening. Winds will also settle down, becoming light out of the north during Thursday morning. Patchy frost is also possible along out mountain valleys with overnight lows near the 40 degree mark.
Thursday sees our area of high pressure park itself across the Great Lakes. This will once again support another dry and sun
