QUINCY (WGEM) - Quincy Regional Airport’s new service provider, Contour Airlines, will continue regardless of the government shutdown, according to Quincy Mayor Linda Moore.
During the City Council meeting, Moore said Contour Airlines flights to Chicago are still set to begin in November.
Officials said the company is paid the month after service is provided, so payment was expected by December, even before the government shutdown.
