Vernon Kay has been faced with a barrage of complaints from BBC Radio 2 listeners after accidentally revealing a spoiler for a popular reality show. ‌

The 51-year-old has now vowed to steer clear of discussing Celebrity Traitors during his live broadcasts. The hit murder-mystery programme continues tonight on Wednesday, October 15, on the BBC with another episode tomorrow. ‌

The following two instalments are set to air next Wednesday and Thursday. However many viewers opt to tune in later on BBC iPlayer, with the spoiler causing havoc for the presenter. ‌

This has prompted Vernon to avoid any mention of the programme to prevent spoiling it for his Radio 2 audience, according to the Mirror .
