PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - A new audit says that Portland Parks & Recreation is facing an “infrastructure crisis”, saying that no matter how much funding the department raises, some of its facilities will fail in the next 10 years.

The parks department estimates it would cost as much as $800 million to restore those things to reasonable levels of wear-and-tear.
