NEWBERRY, Fla. (WCJB) - Phillip Joseph of Newberry is facing three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The Alachua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an armed disturbance on SW 298th Street Tuesday evening where three people were working on telephone poles.
