Tractor Supply Co.’s new Helena store will have a soft opening on Saturday.
Designs submitted in December show a parking lot with over 90 parking spaces and a 22,129-square-foot store. A city permit values the project at $3,710,255.
The new location is at 2345 Shorthorn Ave., just north of East Custer Avenue.
It is Tractor Supply Co.’s ninth location in Montana with new locations also opening in Butte and Billings before the end of the year, a company spokeswoman said.
Its inventory includes farm supplies, clothing and accessories, tools and equipment, pet and animal feed, sporting goods, automotive, equipment and supplies for agricultural use.
Tennessee-based Tractor Supply Co. says on its website it is the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the U.S., ranking 296 on the Fortune 500.
