A ferry passenger was rescued from the chilly waters off Massachusetts after going overboard during a Nor’easter.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. local time on Monday, Oct. 13, near Juniper Point in Woods Hole, according to a news release shared by Falmouth Fire and Rescue.
Falmouth’s fire and police departments were alerted after a Steamship Authority Ferry crew “spotted a person in the water and attempted assistance by deploying life rings,” fire o
