CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Clarksville Police are asking the public for help identifying a man they say purchased a $5,000 necklace under someone else’s name.
Police say the man is wanted in a credit card fraud case. He allegedly entered the Gold & Diamonds store along Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on July 30 and applied for a line of credit under the name William Carter, which authorities later determined was someone else’s.
