EMERY COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A man has been arrested in Emery County for allegedly threatening University of Utah fans on social media ahead of the football game this weekend.
According to the Utah Department of Corrections (UDC), Christopher Justice was arrested and booked into the Emery County Jail on charges of threats of violence and obstruction of justice.
The UDC was informed of the investigation because Justice is currently on Class A probation for a conviction of driving under the influence, a second offense within 10 years.
