MURRAY, Utah (ABC4) — Charges have been officially filed against the man accused of fatally hitting 53-year-old Kimberely Jean Jespersen with his vehicle in July and fleeing the scene.

According to court documents, the Salt Lake County District Attorney has formally filed charges against Nathan Michael Portillo, 24, in relation to a fatal hit-and-run that occurred on July 31, 2025.
