MINOT, ND (KXNET) — A 43-year-old Minot man has been arrested after a woman overdosed on drugs that he allegedly provided.
According to the Minot Police Department, on March 7 at about 5:35 a.m., officers responded to reports of an overdose in the 400 block of 5th Ave NW. The person reporting the incident told officers that the woman was unresponsive and that one dose of Naloxone had been administered.
While officers were on the way, the man, later identified as Mylin George Wicker, told them the woman had woken up and fled. Officers were able to track her down, after which she told them Wicker allegedly gave her fentanyl or heroin, which led to the overdose.
