BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A man appeared in court this afternoon after being arrested for a drug case from more than five years ago. Colby Dolan was arrested Tuesday evening on a warrant.

Dolan is facing felony charges in both Burleigh and Morton counties, including conspiracy to deliver marijuana and hallucinogenic drugs.

This comes after police stopped a woman they believe was working with Dolan and seized more than 150 pounds of marijuana in her home and more than $150,000 in cash that she had in her car. The woman told police that Dolan was buying large amounts of marijuana grown in Northern California.

Police also seized marijuana wax, mdma, and LSD from a storage unit. Dolan is set to go to trial in Morton County in February.
