KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A Johnson County, Kansas woman has pleaded guilty to felony arson after she set her former coworker's home on fire earlier this year.

Court records say Ladan Princess Richardson pleaded guilty on Oct. 10 in Johnson County District Court to arson.

According to the Westwood, Kansas, Police Department, at about 6 p.m. on Friday, May 9, officers were called to a house fire near State Line and Glendale Road after a nearby neighbor saw flames coming from a home.

The owner of the property was not at home at the time, but gave security camera footage to police following the incident.

According to police, the video showed a woman holding a glass bottle and stepping out of a black sedan into the driveway.
