LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A juvenile has been arrested in connection with a September shooting in the Shawnee neighborhood that left a man in the hospital, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Officers responded to a ‘shots fired’ run in the 200 block of Glendora Avenue on Tuesday, Sept. 9, when a victim walked into UofL Hospital with a gunshot wound.
The victim informed officers that he was sitting in his car when he was shot in the leg.
On Wednesday, October 15, LMPD stated that a juvenile had been arrested in connection with the crime.
The suspect is being charged with assault and possession of a handgun by a minor.
No further information has been released due to the suspect’s age.
