MIDDLETOWN — When Walter Sellers stood in front of the judges for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce Emerging Enterprise Center’s Swim with the Sharks pitch competition, he had the confidence that others would buy into his business plan.

The former salesman and car sales consultant opened his own holistic gym and wellness center five years ago when Sellers was looking for a new opportunity.
