BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - There’s work being done on a vacant building in north Bismarck.

Pizza Hut is in the 2000 block of N 12th St. and abruptly closed in early 2025.

According to the city’s website, the building is being remodeled into office space for Cottingham Insurance. The company serves five states in the northern plains, Colorado and Arizona.

Construction is ongoing. Cottingham could not be reached for comment.
