MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – Local and state law enforcement responded Wednesday night to a serious two-vehicle crash near the intersection of 10th Street and 37th Avenue SW in Minot.

Details are limited, including the extent of injuries and the cause of the crash, though early reports indicate at least one motorcycle was involved.

Minot PD said the North Dakota Highway Patrol is assisting with crash reconstruction.

The stretch of 37th Avenue from near Walmart west to 11th Street is closed off to traffic, and the city anticipates it to be closed until around 9 p.m. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
