ORANGEVILLE, Pa. — A tree service truck was engulfed in flames on Wednesday afternoon near Berwick.

The Millville Fire Company was called to the Craig's Tree Service bucket truck on fire around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday near Cardinal Road and Austin Trail in Orangeville, according to the business owner's wife.

The driver and passenger were on the way back from work when they heard a pop and lost power going up a hill. When the driver popped the hood, he found flames on the engine and tried to extinguish them quickly, but the fire engulfed him too quickly.

Both the driver and passenger got out safely.
