LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The Las Vegas movie studio saga has no shortage of plot twists, as the same cast of politicians, business leaders, and union members reprise their roles to battle over the stalled project.

Hundreds of trade union members rallied to revive the Summerlin movie studio plan at the Las Vegas Ballpark on Wednesday. The plan, a part of a failed tax credit proposal in the state assembly, is expected to go on the agenda for an incoming special legislative session.

“With this coming to Vegas, we won't have to look for another job,” Dennis Campbell, a Labor Union Local 872 member, said. “The job will be right there for us, right there.”
