Just a few short weeks before the Butler men's basketball team tips off the 2025-26 season, Hinkle Fieldhouse is undergoing a facelift .

The new 14-foot-tall LED video screen with a 360-degree video surface is hovering over the middle of the court will debut at Friday's exhibition against Notre Dame.

Across the hall in the Efroymson Family Gym, Thad Matta 's team is also under construction. During Matta's second stint as Butler 's coach, the Bulldogs have yet to resemble a finished product.
