PARMA, Ohio -- Running unopposed is the theme of the Parma City Schools Board of Education 2025 election.

Two years after seven candidates vied for three open seats across two races, voters in Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills on Election Day will find a bare minimum Parma City Schools Board of Education field.

However, what’s unique is that none of the candidates are incumbents, with Steven Vaughn, Mark Ruda and Linda Kohar not seeking reelection.

The ballot finds Leah Euerle, Nick Reyes and Tammie Sebastian running unopposed for the open seats.

Board members earn $125 per meeting with a maximum of $5,000 annually.

The election is Nov. 4 with early voting currently taking place.
