Breaking: Navneet Chaturvedi Sent to Ropar Police Remand

Ropar, October 16, 2025:

In connection with the case of submitting forged nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha elections, independent candidate Navneet Chaturvedi was produced before the CJM Court, Rupnagar , on Wednesday. The court has remanded him to seven days of police custody for further investigation.

He was arrested by Ropar Police on October 15, 2025 from Chandigarh.
