A man has been arrested and charged in a homicide investigation in Clinton.

On Monday, October 13, the Clinton Police Department began investigating a homicide that happened at 345 Woodstone Road where a 45-year-old woman was found shot to death.

Detectives identified and arrested 40-year-old Antonio Trenell Myles, of 2150 Crossbridge Blvd., Byram, Mississippi. He was charged with Murder, and Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon.

At his initial appearance in Clinton Municipal Court, bond was set at $1,000,000 for Murder and $75,000 for Weapon / Possession by Convicted Felon.

This is an active investigation.
