(FOX40.COM) — As the government shutdown continues, many are taking to the streets on Saturday to share their opinion on the U.S. government for the No Kings protest.

According to the No Kings organization, the term and the movement come from the notion that "America has No King."

Around 2,000 demonstrations are expected to be held across the nation, including major cities like New York, Los Angeles and the state capitol, Sacramento, according to The Hill.
