At Molasky Family Park in Las Vegas, there are makeshift homes that rest beneath the trees. People find shelter not only in the shade but in each other. To some passing by the park, they are often referred to as 'the regulars.' Yet, their presence is a reminder that any one of us could end up in this situation.
During the summer months, the heat presses down on the park. Families and kids from the apartments across the street head straight for the splash pad. People tell 8 News Now there are sometimes needles left behind in the water. But they're used to sharing
