West Valley advocate Ginna Carico is joining the city of Glendale as its new Director of Intergovernmental Programs.

Carico brings more than a decade of experience working with legislative and political leaders.

“Ginna possesses a wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience fostering strong relationships with key lawmakers,” City Manager Kevin Phelps stated in a press release. “She has the credentials, talent and interpersonal skills to help our city continue to grow partnerships that keep driving economic development and addressing residents’ critical needs.”
