To all politicos, present and hopeful, where do you stand with sheltering Duluth's unhoused?

Many of those without housing cannot or will not live in housing with others, according to Pallet , in Everett, Washington, a maker of shelter villages. The reasons vary — addiction, mental health, social patterns, and more — but the reasons don’t matter. Many just won't do it. They are those we see on the streets with bags of personal belongings, wandering, looking for a place to safely spend the night.

I am seeing and talking to them in neighborhoods far from the "down" parts of Duluth, places like the Congdon neighborhood, around Mount Royal and the University of Minnesota Duluth, and in Lakeside. They just want peace and shelter.
