INDIANAPOLIS — A family is preparing to bury their loved one after he was hit and killed while riding his motorcycle on Interstate 65 just south of Interstate 465 on the south side of Indianapolis.
It took one week for Jason Boggan's outlook on life to change. It's because of what happened to Ryan King around 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 10.
"Ryan did not deserve this at all, period. He was an innocent person going home and this guy just ran him down like he was nothing," Boggan said.
Boggan was driving for a rideshare service that Friday night on I-65 when he witnessed the tragic crash that killed King. He immediately called 911.
"I looked over and I heard a bunch of, like, banging and scraping noise and stuff like that. And I looked over and I saw sparks, and then I saw a motorcycle," Bog
