MIFFLINBURG — A Mifflinburg mother was charged with sharing her medical marijuana vape pen with her "very hyper and high-strung" 15-year-old son almost daily for four to five months, according to the Mifflinburg Police Department.

Melissa Ann Wagner, 40, of North Eighth Street, Mifflinburg, was charged with two felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child and prohibited acts under the Controlled Substances, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act; and two misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and recklessly endangering another person.
