CHEYENNE — On Aug. 15, Cheyenne Presents announced a new, indoor concert series called “Thanks for the Memories.” The announcement came on the heels of Fridays on the Plaza, which had a record-breaking summer, with some Depot Plaza crowds topping 9,000 in one night.
The event was formed as a way to breathe new life into the Cheyenne Civic Center and provide a concert series similar to Fridays on the Plaza during the colder months.
And to help close out the month of October is none other than Blue October.
Blue October is a rock band originally formed in Houston in 1995 by Justin Furstenfeld, the lead vocalist for the band, after attending a performing arts high school.
