Traffic stop: Richmond Road

Officers stopped a vehicle with a stolen Ohio dealer tag Oct. 8.

The driver said that he had recently bought the vehicle from his sister but did not register it in his name because he had outstanding warrants. He said the dealer tag was given to him by a friend, but he would not give a name for the friend.

The Cleveland man, 36, also did not have a valid driver’s license. He was subsequently arrested for receiving stolen property.

Disturbance: Chestnut Lane

Management at the Dorchester apartments asked to have a woman banned from the property Oct. 9 after the woman was seen entering an apartment vestibule.

They said that a tenant had recently ended a relationship with the woman and his locks were changed at his request.
