SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) --Traffic is back to normal in downtown Sioux Falls after police responded to a suspicious vehicle near 12th and Phillips Friday night.

Police blocked off several streets in the area as a safety precaution.

They called in the bomb squad to investigate.

Police released a statement Saturday morning saying that the bomb squad personnel rendered the vehicle safe.

Investigators will provide more information about the incident during Monday morning's police briefing which we will carry live on KELOLAND.com beginning at 9:30.
