SPOKANE, Wash. — If you drove down Division Street Saturday afternoon, you most likely saw the No Kings protest happening at B.A. Clark Park.

Hundreds or even thousands of Spokanites of all ages are taking part in a national movement right at B.A. Clark Park. But Saturday was about making your voices heard, so KREM 2 figured to give the community a chance to do just that.

One after another, Spokanites gathered in North Spokane to take part in the national No Kings movement, walking up and down Division Street with cheering and yelling with signs and costumes.

But for one Spokane local, the reason for coming to today's demonstration is different than everyone else's.
