TUCKER, Ga. — Hundreds of people gathered in Tucker on Saturday for a No Kings protest. The group marched down LaVista Road, in the area of Northlake Shopping Center, for over an hour, chanting and holding signs.
The nationwide day of protest against President Trump and the Trump administration's policies is the second day of its kind in four months. There were several other rallies across metro-Atlanta, including in downtown Atlanta, where thousands gathered at the Civic Center.
Ellis Jones was happy to see so many people protesting the administration and standing up for what they believe in.
"Yes, you can do a lot on social media, but to physically be here and see other people is outstanding," Jones said.
