COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two people were injured in a shooting near a north Columbus high school Saturday night, according to public safety dispatchers for the city.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called around 10:25 p.m. to the intersection of Beechcroft Road and Clintonview Street , near Beechcroft High School, on a report of a shooting.
Dispatchers said two or three people got out of a black SUV and fired about three rounds at the victims.
The two victims were taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital, and their conditions were described as stable.
No arrests have been made at this time, and no additional details about the shooting were immediately available.
The shooting remains under investigation.
