CORAOPOLIS, Pa. —
A bad crash closed a portion of the Parkway West near the Pittsburgh International Airport early Sunday morning for hours.
The accident happened near the McClaren Road interchange or Exit 56 around 1:30 am Sunday morning. All westbound lanes in that area were closed for nearly 4 hours as crews worked to clear the scene. Advertisement
According to PennDOT, the roadway reopened around 5:30 am Sunday.
It's unclear how many cars were involved or how many people were injured.
