Bodycam footage captured a married dad "dry crying" after his lover was found shot dead in the bathroom. Matthew Ecker's strange account of what had happened that fateful day immediately rang alarm bells with the authorities. ‌

He told them his lover, Alex Penning, 27 had shot herself in the head after locking herself in the bathroom . He said he forced his way in and held her head as blood pooled around him and washed his hands before dialling 911. ‌
